What is is a one-of-a-kind platform offering travel agents access to thousands of the best vacation homes in the world's most exclusive destinations is a customizable white label platform that lets agents access our homes at highly attractive net rates.

Our rentals range from spacious 1-bedroom apartments to luxury vacation homes and 15-bedroom private estates. Guests can expect spectacular accommodation, private swimming pools, secluded sun decks, hot tubs, gyms, game rooms, movie theaters, bowling alleys and much more.

How does work?

After a simple sign-up process, you’ll be given a username and a password that allows you to log in to your own customized website displaying personal branding, a unique domain name and company contact details – all of which can be shared with your clients, if desired.

You can add your own markup using a personalized management panel. Email addresses can be added to the white label website quickly and easily, allowing clients to contact you directly – there’s no need for messages to pass through

Can I list properties on my own website?

No. We don’t allow agents to list our full selection of homes on their own websites. To gain access to all of our homes, you can simply use your own white label site, which can then be sent to clients complete with your branding and pricing. On request, can provide you with a selection of ‘shop window’ homes that can be used for marketing purposes.

What can I send my client?

The customizable nature of enables you to turn on client pricing so that the URL can be sent directly to your clients; they only see what you want them to see. Included within every property page is a downloadable PDF – this comes without pricing or branding and is ready to be sent to your clients.

Can you recommend a home?

Absolutely! Knowledgeable staff are on hand 24/7 to guide you through our selection of villas and help you find the best properties for your clients.

What additional services do you offer? has a dedicated concierge team to assist with car hire, chauffeurs, airport transfers, grocery shopping, welcome packs, meet and greets, housekeeping, butlers, private chefs, personal security, babysitting, laundry, dry cleaning, at-home spas, event planning, rental equipment, park tickets, flower delivery, personal tutors and personal trainers.

How do I terminate my contract?

The agreement can be terminated at any time. Both parties must give 90 days’ notice and all existing reservations must be honored.


How do I register for

This document must be signed before you can begin using the platform. A business verification check will also be required.

Booking process

How do I make a booking?

There are 3 options when it comes to making a booking. Live availability lets you instantly book villas at the click of a button. Alternatively, you can call our office 24/7. The third option is to email – one of our friendly team will be back in touch within 3 hours.

What are your payment terms?

In order to reserve a property, a non-refundable deposit of 20–50% (depending on the location) will be taken at the time of booking. Your client must also sign a rental agreement. The balance is due to be settled 60 days prior to the guest’s arrival. If required by the owner, a refundable security deposit will be taken 2 weeks prior to guest’s arrival.

How can I be sure that the booking is confirmed?

Once receives the deposit and a copy of the rental agreement signed by the client, you’ll receive an email confirmation along with a booking reference and the quoted rates.

Do you allocate homes on arrival?

Never. The home your client chooses is the home they will stay in. Each home has an extensive description and photos to enable guests to pick the home that best suits them. If the home was unavailable (due to unexpected maintenance issues, for example), we would find alternative accommodation that is of similar or higher quality.

Cancellation terms?

The final balance is due 60 days prior to guest arrival. If the booking is cancelled prior to this, only the initial deposit will be forfeited. Once the final payment is made no refunds will be given. If booking is placed within 60 days of guest arrival, the booking must be paid for in full and is therefore non-refundable.


What is net pricing? RRP?

Due to the fantastic relationships enjoys with its clients, it’s possible for you to access very competitive net rates with discounts of between 5–25% off the recommended retail price. This ‘RRP’ price is the amount we would typically charge clients who book directly with us.

Can I add my own mark up?

Yes. The customizable platform enables you to set either a set amount (eg $500) or a percentage rate above the RRP, which can then be displayed to clients.

Which currency can I pay in?

We currently allow payments to be made in EUR, GBP and USD. Note that all rentals will need to be paid for in the currency agreed at the time of booking.

Who pays sales and tourist tax?

This is added on to our net pricing and is then paid to government authorities.

Commission vs. net pricing

Depending on our agreement, you will either pay us the net price or the full RRP – in that situation, would then send the difference between the net price and the RRP to you within 30 days of the final balance being settled.

Can I refer a client/friend? Will I get a commission for this?

Yes. We offer very attractive incentives if you recommend a fellow agent upon them making their first booking with us.

Can my client see the net price on my website?

No, the client will not be able to see the net price through the portal.

Can my client see the RRP price on my website?

This is entirely up to you. The customizable nature of enables you to hide or display RRP prices, should you wish to send any villas to your clients. PDF attachments can also be generated with no pricing or branding.

I cannot see the pricing. What can I do?

Check your settings are correct by going to “Management Panel”. Ensure “Enable Quoting” is set to “Yes”. If you would also like your clients to view pricing, ensure you have selected “Yes” for “Enable Guest Quoting”. If further assistance is required, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
